associated bedtime with wakefulness and thoughts of
worry. For 5 dreadful years I suffered from
insomnia. It was out of
my control, or so I thought. Because
what I've learnt is, that the mind is
a powerful tool. If man can build
skyscrapers, fly a plane, launch a
rocket into space, then beating
insomnia should be a walk in the
park.
I started treating
insomnia like a profession,
'What do you do for a
living?' - 'I'm a professional
insomniac.' My goal was then
obviously to become a good sleeper. I
knew that I could, I just had to
figure out a way to re-program and
recondition my mind and body, so that
it became so ingrained into my
subconscious, it became a natural
habit.

somebody asks you to walk, or run, or

How did I come up
with this intensively

I'm a teacher now,
